Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to drive the best quality creative output to generate new value for out clients across NAM.

Purpose of the role

This role puts creativity at the heart of the agency proposition in NAM, through award-winning creative that sets the agency apart from its competitors. The role will produce creative across NAM that works with strategy, data and technology to create mutually rewarding experiences between our clients and their audiences. By creating new value for our clients through creativity, the role will drive revenue for the agency through strategic partnerships with our clients.

Working closely with the Global ECD, the role will be instrumental not only in driving the best quality creative output, but also in creating the process that gets us to it quicker and more efficiently than anyone else. The role will ensure that the NAM creative output sits within the global agency proposition.

The role will enable ideas and executions created regionally to be shared across the global agency.The role is instrumental to realising Indicia Worldwide NAM as the global agency’s ‘centre of excellence’ in content. This role is pivotal in driving the Indicia Worldwide ambition to be a market-leading creatively-driven global agency.


  • Accountable for creative output for NAM across agency, creative production and delivery.

  • The CD will responsible for keeping up to date with creative work, innovations and resources that are available in the global agency portfolio – in order to both cross-pollinate and to drive efficiencies.

  • The CD will stay ahead of the latest developments and innovations in the marketing and communication industries.

  • The CD will demonstrate a good understanding of Indicia Worldwide technology capabilities and how they feed the creation of award-winning communications.

  • The CD will demonstrate an understanding of and a hunger for the insights that come from data.

  • The CD will demonstrate the application of data-led insights to drive creativity.

  • The CD will be responsible for recruiting, nurturing and inspiring creative talent across the region.

  • Working closely with the Global ECD, the CD will be responsible for the strategy for ‘on-site’ and Creative Production clients that will unlock creativity and revenue through a strategic partnership with them.
