We are currently looking for a driven Sales Director to be the heart-beat of driving growth through the agency.

Purpose of the role:

The Sales Director, will be the heart-beat of driving growth through the agency. Generating, nurturing and closing down leads through the entire sales funnel by owning the delivering an exceptional sales experience across all touch-points is of critical importance to realise our exciting growth ambitions. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Build a robust Sales Strategy to deliver Indicia’s growth objectives in Asia Pacific.
  • To seek out, open and qualify new business opportunities for integrated marketing activation services, across Multi-Channel Delivery, Creative Production and Technology enabled services
  • Attend and lead initial face-to-face meetings supported by appropriate expert specialists from the business where needed.
  • Nurture and maintain contact with prospects
  • Lead all stages of the sales and conversion process including prospecting, proposals, presentations etc.
  • Drive and collaborate for creation of high quality sales related content and toolkits
  • Own the pipeline and build the quantity and quality of leads so that the required number of opportunities at different stages of the pre sales process are maintained.
  • Manage inbound leads and opportunities. Ensure RFI’s and RFP’s are qualified, responded to on time and with high quality
  • Lead opportunities for new business through managing the RFI, RFP, pitch processes through to conversion
  • Identify and attend appropriate networking and industry events. Leverage own network and those of the wider team
  • Support the business to ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and your individual and company sales targets achieved from new clients
  • Analysing new opportunities for INDICIA’s integrated services, recommending changes and enhancements in-line with the overall overarching KMMS Strategy


Essential Skills:

  • Track record of successful selling to senior managers and C Suite contacts of global brands
  • Specific evidence of excelling in sales across the full marketing supply chain
  • Experience in shopper/marketing activation space – retail insights would be highly valued
  • Strong commercial experience of new business, procurement and marketing solutions
  • High standards of professionalism with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct sales experience in a closely related sector into the private sector
  • Skilled in the standard office technologies
  • Knowledge of the procurement technologies and standard platforms utilised
  • Around 15 years experience in Sales at a high level
  • Experience selling Agency Services, ideally with knowledge of Analytics/Data and Creative
