ABSOLUT® Tabasco – Chili Pepper Shot Tray

Brief
For the launch of ABSOLUT® Tabasco, Pernod Ricard France briefed us to create a chili‑pepper‑shaped shot tray. The project required a fast turnaround, limited budget and started with a small quantity – 300 pieces-.
What We Did
We developed quick 3D concepts and secured fast approval from France, then produced samples to finalise the shape and refine the red colour, which required several iterations. After approval, we shared it with other markets, resulting in consolidated orders from France, Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands for a total of 1,200 units.
Results
By combining volumes across markets, we reduced the unit cost significantly, from €31.50 to €18.55. The final solution has been very well received by all teams, and production is now underway. We are also developing additional items for the ABSOLUT® Tabasco launch, following the same cross‑market sharing approach to maximise efficiency and consistency.

Malfy – Winter activations Italy

Brief
We were briefed with producing a range of branded items for Malfy’s winter activation across ski resorts during the snow period. The brand required a very specific colour, making sourcing in‑stock items within a tight timeline particularly challenging. Also, the logo application was brand new. The goal: deliver high‑impact winter merchandise to boost brand visibility for PR Italy during a key seasonal moment.
What We Did
We conducted a multi‑supplier search, reviewed numerous mocks and samples, and ensured colour accuracy before production. We successfully sourced and produced hand warmers, neck warmers, beanies and cushions, coordinating approvals, production, and logistics to meet the activation deadline.
Results
All items were delivered on time and in full, achieving strong visibility across winter activations. The merchandise is helping drive brand awareness and engagement, supporting PR Italy’s seasonal sales and visibility objectives. The activation is considered a clear success.
