There’s a lot of talk about the ‘new normal’ right now. Before the world was forced to wrestle with some big questions about health and a radically different economy, we were working on a new normal of our own.

Konica Minolta Marketing Services and its sister brand, Indicia, have joined forces under one new brand: Indicia Worldwide. If you’ve seen presentations and other communications from us recently, you’ll have already had a taste of our new identity.

We were just about ready to launch when COVID-19 hit. It’s not an appropriate time to make a big song and dance. We’ll do that later. We can wait.

But in the meantime, it’s our responsibility as your marketing partner to help your brand perform in the here and now. Our new identity will be especially relevant to the reshaped economy that’s just around the corner.

The global situation right now has accelerated the trends that marketers were already dealing with: pressure to deliver more for less, coupled with increasing channel and tech complexity.

Our response is to build a service that’s focused on creating new value for our clients, across the marketer’s full remit. We've built on our heritage of service and efficiency for our clients, with our people and processes supported by market leading technology.

What does the change mean for you?  

Our new brand means you’re working with us as a more joined-up partner. But rest assured that operationally, nothing needs to change. Indicia Worldwide is our new client-facing brand, but in terms of billing, invoicing, and other operational matters, we continue to operate under the Konica Minolta Marketing Services legal entity.
