We had an incredible time at Iterable Activate 2024 meeting a range of inspirational marketing leaders and attending dozens of workshops.

Our experts Harris Atkins- CEO NAM, Alex Liebler- CCO NAM and Dave Jones- Head of Technology Alliances, took to the stage during our speaker session, How to Creatively Connect Online and Offline Behaviors to Drive Brand Growth. They discussed personalized customer journeys in the world of zero-and first-party data and explained how brands can better harness that data to provide a joined-up customer experience across every touchpoint.

We’re feeling rejuvenated as we head back to work reflecting on our key takeaways from Activate Summit 2024:

1. Customer journey optimization is the current priority for marketing leaders.

Personalizing the experience to the customer and meeting them in the channel where they want to be next, brands can reduce churn, increase sales, and grow loyalty.

2. AI is here to stay.

4. Puppies are the perfect stress reliever.

Alex learned this firsthand after snuggling up with puppies in the “Paws Fur a Moment” themed break, right before our speaker session. All puppies were up for adoption at the local non-profit animal rescue Joybound.
