We are currently looking for an Account Manager to manage the procurement and client service delivery activities.

Purpose of the Role: 

You will be responsible for the management of procurement and client service delivery activities. This includes but is not limited to production of communication media, account management, liaison with clients and management of approvals.

Key Responsibilities: 

Print and Communications Procurement – Operational 

  • Liaise with client or client preferred design/creative agencies to obtain detailed print brief 
  • Complying with Indicia Worldwide systems and process standards: 
  • Complete specifications within the Noosh system 
  • Obtain quotes 
  • Award orders to printers and production houses 
  • Complete close order and invoice process 
  • Work with creative and design agencies to ensure artwork is production ready 
  • Identify the most appropriate supplier for the job, based on a balance of competitiveness, quality and service. The balance of these objectives will be set by senior management 
  • Manage supplier quality and service for the specific jobs handled 
  • Manage proof and sample approval process including reviewing the proof to ensure colour, layout, size etc. are as per approved artwork 
  • Attend press checks where required 
  • Ensure project stakeholders are regularly informed of project milestones through regular communication and meetings. 
  • Co-ordinate sampling, tooling and testing for displays where required 

Print and Communications Procurement - Tactical 

  • Make recommendations for alternative product specifications that deliver either a cost, quality or time benefit to the client 
  • Make design recommendations regarding colour and layout to deliver a cost or quality benefit 
  • Source, validate and deliver innovative product ideas 
  • Collaborate with senior management and Panel Manager to maintain the most appropriate supply structure needed to deliver client requirements – including local and offshore production 
  • Assess requests and advise clients on product specification and collaborate on development of concept 
  • Develop product specification templates that can be loaded into Noosh 

Supply chain 

 Support Supply & Environment team to identify and develop local suppliers.  

  • Understand local supply market and recommend suppliers to be included on Indicia supply panel 
  • Lead accreditation process locally including site visits and contracting 
  • Support in development of quality standards applicable to local market 
  • Ensure supply panels provide adequate competition to drive savings 
  • Support locally on supply issue

Account Management 

As part of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing service to nominated clients which may include internal/external clients, creative/design agencies, pre-press agencies and production suppliers.  To this end, the following activities will be considered part of the role: 

  • Understand and support account objectives 
  • Develop credible and trust-based relationships with all key stakeholders 
  • Manage key stakeholders to ensure specified service levels are met 
  • Elevation of critical account issues  
  • Collaborate with and support other partners 
  • Ensure all client confidential information and intellectual property is used only for the purpose of delivering the services and not otherwise disclosed

Indicia Worldwide Print and Communications Process Development 

 As part of the Indicia Worldwide Operations Team, you will be expected to contribute to the development of leading print and document management systems and processes.  These may include: 

  • Collaborating with Indicia Worldwide systems staff to deploy appropriate systems 
  • Troubleshoot and redesign processes to create greater accuracy and reliability 
  • Recommend process changes to Indicia Worldwide management 
  • Support the deployment of process improvements to key accounts
