We are looking for a driven Client Partner to build and develop long term, strategic and profitable client relationships across Indicia Worldwide.

The Client Partners (CP’s) will be the driving force for client service across Indicia Worldwide. They will be responsible for building and developing long term, strategic and profitable client relationships. CP’s will be expected to gain respect and trust both internally and externally by leveraging their many years of industry experience, sector expertise and through strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking and leadership.

The CP’s will retain, develop and grow both existing client accounts as well as identifying and supporting new business opportunities through the activation of the Indicia Worldwide integrated proposition. The CP’s will be integral to our clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business, shaping their strategy, meeting their objectives, exceeding expectations, whilst working to continuously ensure that we deliver the highest quality, value and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery

  • Working closely with senior client teams to activate the Indicia Worldwide proposition in the delivery of outstanding marketing services.

  • Champion the client internally, identify and shape the brief (not just take the brief). Ensure that an appropriate team is formed for the delivery of each brief, project or opportunity and that they are fully aligned with the client challenges and that they are clear on the objective, deliverables and timings.

  • Working closely with and reporting into the Managing Partner working collaboratively and seamlessly with other business functions and leaders to develop and deliver against Client Development Plans (CDP’s). The CDP will need to align with both the client objectives, challenges and opportunities as well as the business growth and budget targets providing the backbone and vision for each client road map.

Relationship management

  • Owning and driving the development of strong relationships with senior procurement and marketing teams. To develop a solid understanding of the clients marketing strategy. Working in partnership with them to deliver strategic insights on business and commercial issues.

  • Work to ensure that we become an integral part of our clients marketing team, turning the client into an advocate of our business ensuring that their role as Client Partner is seen by the client as a trusted advisor.

  • Be seen by the client (Marketing / Procurement) and their supporting teams as the ‘go to person’ within our business. Follow up on discussions, meetings and opportunities promptly showing commitment to the client to ensure that they feel valued and that they have the full support of the wider business at all times

Content management

  • To lead in the development of commercial models that best suit client and business requirements and work in close collaboration with the finance team to manage all aspects of invoicing, finance and debt across your portfolio.

  • Manage all contract negotiations to ensure Indicia Worldwide’s best interests are prioritised and clients gain value from our proposition. Continually identify areas of growth across the clients marketing supply chain, ensuring our services are fully understood by your clients.

  • Negotiating profitable and fair service offerings, clauses, budgets and re-adjustments to ensure that the business is protected and contracts are priced to generate a solid business contribution profit for Indicia

Leadership

  • Working closely with operational leads across the business in the leadership of the account at Indicia Worldwide, CP’s will define the client vision and strategy and inspire the team to deliver exceptional services.

  • Lead monthly, quarterly or annual client reviews. Demonstrating our skills, experience and capabilities outside of just the core services that the client may currently use.

  • Whilst the operational teams are responsible for the management, reporting and delivery of the operational aspects of the account the CP will work closely with the teams to identify new opportunities in advance of, during or post key review meetings to address client challenges and drive the growth agenda
