IT Support Technician

Purpose of the role:

The IT Support Technician will deliver excellent service and strengthen the vision of the IT Department and provide some 1st & 2nd line IT support to our Global Indicia Worldwide users. You will be positively representing the department through direct contact with internal customers and on occasion some suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of security to protect end to end user supplied equipment

• Provide support to all Global end-users and other members of the IT teams

• Set up all new and redistributed equipment to the Company including laptops and phones.

• Update all relevant information and follow the new starters and leavers process throughout.

• Maintain an accurate and up to date documentation of systems and infrastructure using tools provided

• Take ownership of issues and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution with minimal commercial impact.

• Manage risk and mitigate liability around service delivery failure.

• Keep abreast of latest technical advancements and legal\security requirements and make recommendations to improve current and future systems.

• Ensure knowledge of Service desk tools is maintained including Desktop Central etc

• Diagnose and resolve incidents using documented procedures to perform responsibilities

• Supporting global business in its entirety for Indicia Worldwide

• Able to work unsupervised but on the whole as a valued member of the IT team

• Conduct remote troubleshooting where required

Key Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• Hand On experience Windows\Mac OS environments (support)

• Adobe Creative Suite (support)

• MS Teams collaboration tools

• Cisco VPN

• Microsoft Exchange and Office 365

• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

• Project work

Salary: up to 4000000 HUF per annum.
