Optimising creative production means having an efficient end-to-end process, to develop creative assets and deliver them on time. Not only have we delivered on schedule, but key projects were also delivered ahead of critical deadlines.

At the heart of our creative solution is In Touch Technology a collection of proprietary solutions, highly customised development and out-of-the-box integrations and partnerships with best-in-class third-party technologies. It enables the Creative Studio to produce POS materials with speed and fewer errors. The automation process increases the efficiency and turnaround time while providing the ability to track and collaborate.

Prior to using In Touch technology, delays to the delivery of output have always been an issue. Briefings, feedback and approvals happened via email. Suppliers had to manually source final artworks. But our tech-enabled, creative production platform provides a space for the entire process, from briefing to final artwork, to take place. It offers easy access to suppliers to approved design files, after endorsement. It also offers a centralised library to store and archive assets. In turn, this makes it easier for stakeholders and clients to access. Real-time reporting means the entire process is transparent.

Complementing the use of technology is Creative Studio’s Best Practices. This allows the regular alignment of creative and print management teams, as well as between Creative Studio and Unilever Clients. This ensures all issues are discussed quickly and resolved before they escalate and cause delays. As a result, design approvals are systematic, production lead times stay on track, and processes and outputs are always brand-compliant.
