Helping Heineken — a single marketing and creative print partner — bring people together across 18 countries
Heineken was looking to make more efficiencies by reducing duplication across markets. The global brewer also wanted to meet its target of removing plastic from its print across all 18 countries, while realising print management savings.
As Heineken’s dedicated print management partner since 2014 and creative production partner since 2015, Indicia Worldwide has a long history of generating cost savings while ensuring consistency across Heineken’s geographies. With the right in-country teams and supplier rosters in place, we were ready to go and tackled the challenge through a phased approach:
Key to our solution was the development of ‘Print Connect’, Heineken’s sharing portal for global and local marketing and procurement teams. This succeeded in connecting 350 users with Heineken assets – streamlining processes and removing duplication at a local agency level.
Our Print Connect portal is delivering Heineken three times the engagement of a traditional catalogue portal. This visibility is pushing brand consistency up, rogue spending down, and encouraging employees to share ideas and innovation.
We also pushed the boundaries in marketing engagement through innovative in-store theatre, delivering ever more exciting brand experiences for Heineken’s customers. Overall this contributes to the greater achievements made for Heineken.
