Client Partner

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Partner to join our New York office.

We’re currently looking to appoint a Client Partner to be the driving force for client service across Indicia Worldwide in the North American market, by setting the standard for new and existing client experience.

The Client Partner will also be responsible for building and developing long term, strategic and profitable client relationships. They will be expected to gain respect and trust both internally and externally by leveraging their many years of industry experience, sector expertise and through strong interpersonal skills, creative thinking and leadership.

Key responsibilities & attributes

Service development

Working closely with senior client teams to activate the full services within the Indicia Worldwide proposition in the delivery of outstanding marketing services. This will be in an existing client and new business context.

Relationship management

 Owning and driving the development of strong relationships with senior procurement and marketing teams ensuring that their role as Client Partner is seen by the client as a trusted strategic advisor.

Content management

 To lead in the development of commercial models that best suit client and business requirements. Manage the PNL for their portfolio of accounts and all contract negotiations to ensure Indicia Worldwide’s best interests are prioritised and clients gain value from the proposition.


 Working closely with the North American CEO in the leadership of the business in then region, the CP will define client vision’s and strategy and inspire the team to deliver exceptional services. Lead monthly, quarterly, or annual client reviews. Demonstrating our skills, experience, and capabilities outside of just the core services that the client may currently use.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

  • Proven ‘C’ level account management experience with a track record in delivering profitable B2B growth based on innovative solutions
  • Proven commercial acumen, with clear ability to develop and implement a commercial plan to maximise opportunity
  • The ability to identify key business opportunities associated risks and plan resources to achieve results
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop a strategic vision and build high-calibre, motivated teams, including virtual teams to deliver, to business and client expectations
  • Superb problem solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey client needs to colleagues and functions throughout the company
  • A strong intellect with proven academic record, and analytical skills with a natural instinct for grasping a customer’s strategy, business needs and drivers
  • A mindset that is constantly anticipating strategic change and plans for it
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Proven technical competence in negotiating and scoping, costing high level complex contracts involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent oral, written and presentational skills with a track record in securing stakeholder buy-in
