Sustainability Manager

We’re currently looking for a Sustainability Manager to develop and execute sustainability programmes and strategies across Indicia Worldwide.

Please note, this role can be based anywhere across Europe 

Purpose of the Role:

As a Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of initiatives including leading the development and execution of sustainability programs and strategies. The Sustainability Manager will communicate and coordinate with management, shareholders, customers, and employees to address sustainability issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop or execute strategies to address the company sustainability targets.

  • Implement organizational processes or policy changes

  • Develop sustainable organizational policies and practices

  • Review sustainability program objectives, progress, or status to ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulations or laws

  • Develop methodologies to assess the viability or success of sustainability initiatives

  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability programs

  • Direct sustainability program operations to ensure compliance with environmental or governmental regulations

  • Identify educational, training, or other development opportunities for sustainability employees

  • Develop sustainability report, presentations or proposals

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, CSR, Sustainability or supply chain

  • 5+ years experience with CSR/ESG frameworks

  • Ability to lead complex projects, flex between strategy and execution and anticipate and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical, research and investigation skills

  • Excellence written and verbal communications skills and technical acumen

  • Precise and target oriented executioner, good communicator and team player

  • Fluent English level is required. Other languages preferable
