The challenge

Managing more than 700, 7-Eleven franchise and company stores in Australia is no easy feat. With processes around sourcing and the ordering and delivery of campaign and inventory POS at risk of being fragmented, cumbersome and costly. ​To overcome complex sourcing methods and asset management inefficiencies, 7-Eleven needed a centralised platform that streamlines workflows, automates processes and simplifies access to inventory.

The approach

Simplifying access to 7-Eleven’s campaign and inventory items and making sure they arrive in stores on spec and on time, across the brand’s deliveries was a priority.
