
Revenue recovery via abandoned cart journey
As with any e-commerce brand, abandoned cart journeys can ensure revenue recovery from abandoned shopping sessions.
Indicia teamed up with the main Tealium stakeholders from the STIHL Global team, ensuring a seamless integration of the two platforms.
Taking advantage of native Iterable commerce events (update cart & iterable purchase), we created a multi-touch journey to remind customers of the tools they previously added to basket and encourage them to complete the purchase.
The journey has a last-touch attributed revenue of ~$35k / M (per mille – thousand messages sent).
